Most likely the item you ordered and customized cannot be returned. However, there are scenarios where a return or exchange is necessary and I am happy to help! Due to everything being handmade-to-order, custom, and items being worn by the customer, I do not resell the items if returned - so I do not accept returns unless there is a valid reason.
