Shipping policy

Although it rarely will ever take this long, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. (You can message me at bridget.pearsall@gmail.com or on Instagram at @littlelovelyday if you want to know my current turnaround time!) Payment must be made in full and must have cleared before the item is created and shipped. My turn around for shipping is usually 1-3 days. 

I will not create or ship anything until payment has been made in full.

PLEASE understand that I cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If you would like to track your package outside the US, registered mail is available upon request for an additional charge. It is very important that you adjust the shipping destination during the checkout process if you would like your package shipped to an alternate address. I will ship to the address that your receipt tells me is your shipping address, so if your address does not match that on your card, then please be sure to specify where you need your item shipped. Little Lovely Day is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS prior to contacting me for assistance.
