Size Guide
TIPS FOR SIZING:
The best thing to do is measure your wrist TIGHTLY with a tailor's measuring tape first. Then, add 1/2 - 3/4 inch to that size. For all bracelets in my shop, I like to add 3/4 inch for myself. Adding 1/2 inch will get you a more fitted fit, where it does not have any room to slide. Usually people prefer a little bit of room (adding 3/4 inch does not leave a ton of room, just a perfect amount!)
Example: My wrist is 5.75 inches around. The bracelet size I like is either 6.25 (for the tiny beads sometimes if I want them fitted) or 6.5 inch (for everything else). Occasionally people have added 1 inch for large beads, but I don’t have many large beads available in my shop so this does not happen often.
***PLEASE remember that I am not responsible for the size you choose for the bracelets. I can recommend the best I can, but I am not able to accurately pick a size for you if I am not physically measuring your wrist. This is the responsibility of the customer and I will not refund or send new items out for customer sizing errors. Because I do not reuse the materials and because each item is so customized, I do not accept returns***
(I will add that the most common error I’ve seen is customers ordering a 4.5 inch for a child. 4.5 inches is really a “baby” bracelet size and is most likely not going to fit a school-aged child.)
Common sizes if you are really in a bind, but I CANNOT guarantee these to be the right size for the person you are purchasing for:
Newborn: 4.75 or 5 inch
Age 2-4: 5.25 inch
Age 4-5: 5.5 inch
Age 6-7: 5.75 inch
Age 8-9: 6 inch
Age 10-12: 6.25 inch
Thin high schooler: 6.5 inch
Women's extra small (tiny wrist): 6.25 inch
Women's small: 6.5 inch
Women's average ("fits most"): 7 inch
Women's large: 7.5 inch
Average Men's: 7.5 - 8 inch depending how they want it to fit or if wearing on the larger part of the arm above a watch, for example.
